A Word About Release Dates
Like promises, release dates were made to be broken. Saki has no control over label release dates. We strive to include the most up to date information that our labels and distributors provide. These dates will be updated daily.

Preorders
The company that processes our credit card orders places a 30 day limit on credit card approvals for preorders. If a release gets delayed beyond your credit card approval's 30 day limit, your credit card authorization will be automatically cancelled and your Saki order will be closed. We will do our best to contact you so that you may re-preorder your items.

Backorders
We do our best to keep our catalog current, however we cannot control stock at our suppliers. When we find out that in item has gone out of print or been deleted, we will make that change in our system immediately. Unfortunately, we are never notified about cut-out status on many items until we attempt to order it from our supplier and it is not shipped.

We will hold your backorders for up to 30 days unless you tell us to cancel them. At 30 days, the card approval for any unshipped items in your initial order will lapse and your order will be closed. If you would like your order cancelled before 30 days, please notify us by email and we will be happy to accommodate you.
